This nutty, smooth coffee is the perfect addition to your fall/winter mornings. This washed coffee contains notes of caramel, almond, and marshmallow and pairs beautifully with all your fall favorites. Produced by Covoya Specialty Coffee and coming from La Concordia, Chiapas México is known for its renowned agro-climatic conditions and excellent coffee quality. Not only does this region’s climate allow for extended fermentation and drying periods, but also for their farmers’ excellent sustainability efforts. Covoya launched the ‘Seleccion la Concordia Water Usage Efficiency Project’ during this coffee’s harvest season. They used six eco-friendly wet mills, alongside training and assistance in overall efficiency, while prioritizing quality. These efforts resulted in 4X less water compared with the traditional pulping method.
